100 Posts!

To My Dear Blogging Buddies:
This post is my 100th post since joining the blog world! This may not be exciting news to you, but since 100 is such a nice round number, I thought it would be fun to celebrate! So, I am going to do another giveaway! The winner will get to pick one Hearts at Home book as their prize. To view the titles go here.

To enter the drawing, leave a comment stating your favorite thing about blogging by midnight on Monday January 28th!

Thanks for reading!

Megan

how fun as always!

ok - my favorite thing has to be feeling some sort of communication without the stress of whether there is a happy baby in the background. I don't always have the time to get on the phone or honestly don't always feel like chatting. Blogging is one more way to still connect when I have quiet moments to sit down. It helps me feel more connected throughout the chaos/different schedules of the week.

100 blogs, impressive! Thanks for your encouragement to begin one of my own.

The reason I like blogging is b/c it allows for a window into the lives of othres. A ways to share common experiences/struggles AND those things which make us unique in an attempt to encourage one another to 'press on' thru the good times, the bad times and the ordinary days, too.

YAY!! SO fun! Oh what can I say about blogging... I LOVE the connection I feel with others...I love the affirmation I feel when I read posts that touch my heart and when people comment about my posts too! :)

I love getting to "hear" people's hearts, when you may not have the chance to share it face-to-face... and also I love getting a peek at other people's families and family life, a la Wordless Wednesdays pictures!

I too love the connection it gives me to other moms & friends going thru similar situations as me. Some months it seems like we are traveling so much on the weekends that I don't get to see my friends when we're not in church and blogging helps me to maintian the friendships I have even though I'm not always in church to chat.

Awesome giveaway Megan! :)

Well I'm a B.I.T....(blogger in training) I'm still experimenting with some things and still can't figure out why you can't see the video i've tried to put on my blog...
Anyway...the greatest thing I've appreciated about blogging is sharing my heart and my struggles through this difficult time in my life. To feel the love and support from my friends...to get new tips and ideas from all of your blogs...I could go on and on...
Happy Birthday, WhadUSay! Love ya, Meg

I, too, like feeling connected. To know I'm not alone in the mom-of-young-children struggles.

I think it's a great way to keep track of what my friends are doing. I get so wrapped up sometimes in my own family's lives that it's a great way to keep up with vacations, etc. I love the "window" it provides. I also REALLY love the book tips I receive, the parenting advice and the sharing of ideas from everyone. I love blogs!

Well, blogging has become pretty important to me since I have moved away from our church, family, & friends. Blogging truly helps keep me uplifted, connected, and has made me a better cook through finding some pretty impressive recipes :). The parenting tips & realness of it all really helps too. Love, J

blogging is an outlet for when i need to vent or just blab about what i'm thinking about. i love to have something to look forward to everyday outside of the "normalness" of my mom duties. those are two reasons I guess. what a good idea for a giveaway.

100 posts impresive! i have no clue how many posts i've written!
